Please note we are happy to ship internationally, but please be aware we can't control how fast your order will arrive!

Items bought at the merch table at any ABR concert can not be exchanged via the webstore. Please check your size when you buy a product at a concert!

Returns/Exchanges: Returns will be allowed if there was an error in your order. Exchanges can be made, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer returns or exchanges after 14 days of delivery. In December/January this time period is extended to 30 days for gift purposes.

Shipping Insurance/Lost Orders: We offer affordable shipping insurance through Route. If you decline shipping insurance the August Burns Red Official Store assumes no responsibility in recovering your items or funds. We highly suggest you get the shipping insurance!
